Excellent place to rent storage from. Locally owned and the owner is very responsive. I’ve rented from a few different places here in Helena and have always had to deal with management companies who take days to respond or don’t reply at all. Tim the owner answers his phone and personally handles all aspects of renting. It was a refreshing experience for once and I was highly impressed at how easy he made the move in and move out process. Definitely would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I normally don't do reviews of a positive nature, because you need to do your job correctly and your employer should give you your reviews after all that is where the money comes from. But Tim went above and beyond when I became homeless in 2020. After giving away the majority of my things I stored what was left in East Helena. Every time I had an issue Tim stepped up and helped me to keep what was left. You can trust this place to keep your things safe. I know Tim will work with you and won't take advantage of your situation all you have to do is call him and be honest. Tim is truly a gentleman in business not some greedy owner. You can trust Tim.

This place is topnotch! I stored my belongings here after a relocation. Tim went above and beyond to keep my unit safe while I was at a distance. Ending my service was easy and I even received a surprising refund for the rest of the month I didn't use. Clean, reasonably priced, and great customer service. I highly recommend,

Had a storage unit here for a few months. Was an easy process to get the unit and end it when I was done. Tim is super nice and easy to work with. The property is nice. Location is convenient although I thought I was in the wrong spot the first time I went there LOL (I wasnt). They also just got a new front gate. 🙂 I highly recommended using them if you have any storage needs!

I have used American Storage North twice now when moving. Both times it has been great experience. Easy access, clean and well maintained facility, and reasonably priced. Tim has always been super easy to work with, answers the phone himself or returns calls in a very timely manner. If needed again, I will definitely use American storage without hesitation.
