I normally don't do reviews of a positive nature, because you need to do your job correctly and your employer should give you your reviews after all that is where the money comes from. But Tim went above and beyond when I became homeless in 2020. After giving away the majority of my things I stored what was left in East Helena. Every time I had an issue Tim stepped up and helped me to keep what was left. You can trust this place to keep your things safe. I know Tim will work with you and won't take advantage of your situation all you have to do is call him and be honest. Tim is truly a gentleman in business not some greedy owner. You can trust Tim.

This place is topnotch! I stored my belongings here after a relocation. Tim went above and beyond to keep my unit safe while I was at a distance. Ending my service was easy and I even received a surprising refund for the rest of the month I didn't use. Clean, reasonably priced, and great customer service. I highly recommend,

We came into town and by reading other reviews we called American Storage in Helena Valley. Tim the owner had us in a unit that day. So clean and secure. Never worried. He also was able to get us in a great apartment that he owns. Fantastic experience . Highly recommend.
